Our 24-hours Flight-Operation-Center at Nuernberg International Airport - fundamental for a smooth operation.
Our well experienced multilingual ground staff warrants for a detailed planning and handling of your flight. This includes valet parking, passenger transport and luggage handling without any delay, as well as personalized catering and a selection of the latest news magazines on board of the aircraft.
Flight Crews
Competence and experience in the cockpit.
Besides routine check flights, our pilots undergo at least once per year regular Simulator-Check-Rides, which is more than by EASA / FAA required. But it's the only way to proof that our pilots will be able to handle any situation in a perfect manner. All our Pilots in Command must show several thousands of flight hours in their records. That's only one of several special company regulations, what reflects that our pilots always are more experienced than actually required by EASA / FAA.
Maintenance
Also our motto in maintenance - only the best is just good enough.
Approved and certified according EASA-Part 145 by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) to perform Line-, Base- and Heavy-Maintenance on Business Jets. We employ well experienced engineers, all trained in the Manufacturer's Training Academies. That's basic and therefore one of the main reasons for our high reputation in maintenance and the well known reliability of our fleet. A always ready to be dispatched AOG-Team and a well equipped stock of spare parts ensure a worldwide AOG-Service without delay and independent from 3rd party.
